The Estates at Acqualina

Slated to open in 2020 in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach, the Estates at Acqualina offer views of the breathtakingly blue ocean from almost every angle. The twin skyscrapers will house 245 three- to seven-bedroom residences in total. Iconic fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld will design the lobbies in both towers, incorporating both classical and contemporary elements to guarantee a timeless motif. In the South Tower, images of Roman arches and fountains (taken by Lagerfeld) will be etched into walls, skylights, and ceilings, and a stunning fountain will serve as a striking centerpiece. Hammered metal floors will be inlaid with bespoke rugs fashioned from mosaic tile, while cerulean blue, white, silver, gray, and pale pink hues will mirror the ocean aesthetic. (Details about the North Tower lobby are forthcoming.)

The stunning sky estates will include master suites with his-and-her dressing rooms and bathrooms with onyx countertops and walls, marble floors, freestanding tubs, and ocean-view showers. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows, walkout terraces, fireplaces, and whimsical light fixtures ensure the spaces are both high-end and homey. Two single-family homes (one still on the market) feature four-car garages, private elevators, and cabanas.

The gated community also features a 45,000-square-foot space that will house a spa, wine lounge, restaurant, ice skating rink, bowling alley, golf simulator, and more. Landscaped gardens and infinity pools are spread across the grounds, and 24-hour valet, security, concierge, and Rolls-Royce services are all available. Prices start at $3.8 million for residences and $29 million for penthouses.
