The Boutique North Tower At The Estates At Acqualina Tops Out
ShareThe impressive Boutique North Tower of The Estates at Acqualina, the highly anticipated $1.8 billion residential development, tops out in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach with an intimate ceremony held on Friday, May 7, 2021. As with topping-out tradition, the final beam was inscribed with signatures and messages. After, it was hoisted to the top of the building with the American Flag and a palm tree. Teams from The Estates at Acqualina and Suffolk Construction proudly cheered on celebrating the 52-story Boutique North Tower topping out at 672 feet high. The landmark occasion comes about after months of perseverance and hard work on the part of the development’s distinguished architects, designers, sales agents and unstoppable construction crews.
The topping-out ceremony continues the stellar year The Estates at Acqualina has had with its recent announcement of closing on 46 deals totaling $375 million.
After breaking ground in May 2018, the development is on track with the South Tower completion in the 4th quarter of 2021 and the Boutique North Tower in the 1st quarter of 2022. The Estates at Acqualina will offer 248 luxurious residences from three to seven bedrooms in two towers, The South Tower and the Boutique North Tower. Through an exclusive partnership with one of the world’s most celebrated designers, the entrance lobbies at The Estates at Acqualina will be designed by none other than the late Karl Lagerfeld. Mr. Lagerfeld’s design and style will further enhance the grandeur of two of the most important spaces at The Estates.
The grounds of The Estates’ 5.6 acres will offer lush landscaped gardens, multiple pools, a FlowRider® wave simulator, a basketball court, a bocce court, a dog park, a soccer field, a beachfront restaurant, and five-star beach and pool services.
