The Estates at Acqualina sales gallery has reopened with an increased level of safety and cleanliness standards. The Sunny Isles Beach area of Miami is highly anticipating the opening of The Estates in 2021.
Appointments are available for up to two-hour demonstrations, while virtual showings are readily available. Courtesy drive-up delivery of marketing materials is also offered by the sales team at The Estates for potential buyers that are still wary of visiting the (beautiful) sales center in person.
Among the safety measures implemented are:
- All visitors are required to wear a face-covering
- Purell and sanitary stations are available along with shoe “booties”
- Touchable surfaces will be sanitized between appointments
- An automated door allows self-entry to the Sales Gallery
- UV detection lights and probiotic mist diffusers will be installed
- Six-foot distancing is required at all times between individuals, groups and staff
“We are excited to reopen the Sales Gallery on June 15 and welcome the broker community and their clients,” said Michael Goldstein, president of sales. “Our long tradition of providing award-winning service has now been enhanced by the new safety measures we’ve put in place for brokers, clients and staff members.”
The sales gallery is a live-in experience in itself, as it features a fully-working model of an Estates residence. Buyers can immediately appreciate the incomparable level of luxury that includes exquisite furnishings, rich materials, and extraordinary attention to detail.
Villa Acqualina, the 45,000 square footed building within The Estates, will feature amenities that are second to none, including a spa and fitness center, a world-class restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Circus Maximus, an ice skating rink, bowling lanes, a golf simulator, and a movie theater.
The Five Star, Five Diamond Acqualina Resort & Residences has also reopened, with the same high-measured standards mentioned above.
“We want our guests to feel comfortable and safe when staying with us – safeguarding their health and well-being at all times,” said Deborah Yager Fleming, CEO & Partner of Acqualina Resort. “Our commitment is to offer an exclusive ultra-luxury experience that will feature an even heightened level of health, safety and personalized service using technology and customization of offerings.”
